Guided practices
A small collection of short, soft and accessible guided regulation practices, inspired by what helped me in my own journey.
Here is a small library of guided regulation practices that I have designed. I created them to be accessible to all levels of severity: short (2 to 5 minutes), ad-free, without ambient sounds or music, and free to download. I'll create some more over time.
If a practice feels uncomfortable or doesn't resonate with you, don't force anything. Only do what feels supportive and safe for you.
