Privacy policy
Last Updated: 24 February 2026
We only collect what is strictly necessary so we can send you the newsletter you subscribed to, allow you to publish comments, and to manage your account: your email address, your display name, and the content, date, and time of your comments.
You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete everything anytime.
We never sell or rent your data.
We use no tracking cookies, just the technical ones needed to run the site, and a local setting to remember your language preference.
If you have any question, please send a message to:
contact@hello-self.fr.
That’s all. 😊
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why it is used, and what rights you have.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link provided at the bottom of each email or by accessing your account (via the button located at the top right of the website).

6- Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (including HTTPS connections, secure passwords, and restricted access to the site’s administration area). The Ghost platform also applies its own security measures.

This website only uses the technical cookies necessary for the Ghost platform to function.
It also uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to remember your language preferences (French / English). These data remain on your device and are never transmitted to any third party.
9- Analytics
This website uses the analytics tool integrated into the Ghost platform (based on Tinybird) to obtain anonymized statistics about website traffic (such as number of visits, pages viewed, locations and sources).
This tool is configured without cookies and does not allow the personal identification of visitors. The data collected is used solely for statistical purposes to understand overall website usage and improve its content.
10- Embedded content from other websites
Posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
11- Changes
This policy may be updated at any time to reflect legal or technical developments. The version displayed on this page is the one currently in force.
