Here is a small library of **guided regulation practices** that I have designed. I created them to be accessible to all levels of severity: **short (2 to 5 minutes), ad-free, without ambient sounds or music**, and free to download. I'll create some more over time.

If a practice feels uncomfortable or doesn't resonate with you, **don't force anything**. Only do what feels supportive and safe for *you*.
